About QuietEarTips
Why this site exists, and who's behind it

Hi, I'm Sarah
Tinnitus sufferer, researcher, and the person behind QuietEarTips
My Story
A few years ago I started hearing a constant ringing in my left ear. At first I thought it would go away on its own. It didn't. After months of searching online — wading through confusing medical articles and pushy websites — I finally started piecing together what actually helped.
That experience is exactly why I created QuietEarTips. I wanted a place where someone just like me could find clear, honest, beginner-friendly information without needing a medical degree to understand it.
What This Site Is About
QuietEarTips is a resource for people living with tinnitus — ringing, buzzing, hissing, or clicking in the ears. I share tips, product reviews, and guides based on what works for real people.
This site is not a medical website. I am not a doctor. Everything here is for informational and educational purposes only. Always talk to your doctor about your personal health situation.
What I Believe In
✅ Honesty First
I only recommend things I've genuinely researched. No hype, no fake promises.
💬 Plain Language
No medical jargon. If I can't explain it simply, I don't write about it.
🔗 Transparent Links
Some links earn me a small commission. I always disclose this openly.
A Note on Affiliate Links
Some articles on this site contain affiliate links. This means if you click a link and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. This is how I keep the site running. I only recommend products that seem genuinely useful based on my research and community feedback.
